I am a senior not by age but by circumstances, I am widow twice, raised or partical 9 children 4 of my own and 5 of someone else. Not complaining just telling you how I got where I am. I was all set ready to settle down and minding my own business. Some goooood friend called the city of Chicago on my home and the good hardy inspector came out and charged a lot of unnecessary charges to the propery and left me with a bill I can't pay. I need to prepare an apartment for rental and I am running into one problem after another.
